Summer Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½ cup cauliflower florets, steamed then frozen
  • 1tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1-2 scoops protein or collagen powder
  • hemp seeds

Combine all ingredients except hemp seeds in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy!
