Hi I'm Rachel, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ & Registered Nurse.
I help people struggling with sugar/carb addiction get clarity regarding the root cause of their addictive eating patterns so that they can stop dieting, and stop feeling shame and guilt. Unlike moderation or intuitive eating approaches, which do not work for the addictive brain, I help my clients implement proven strategies that decrease and even eliminate cravings so that they can finally ditch the diet mentality, reclaim their body and find food freedom for life! I am certified and licensed in *SUGAR®, which is an assessment tool used to identify pathological use (addiction) of sugar/food. I am also a Holistic Medicine of Addiction (HMA®️) Professional. After going through my own health challenges with allergies, digestive issues, infertility thyroid issues, and of course, SUGAR ADDICTION, I learned that a natural approach targeting the root of the problem was required to achieve optimal, long lasting results. |
I use a combination of modern science and the ancestral health model of time-tested wisdom to create personalized, real food nutrition plans and lifestyle strategies for each of my clients.
Understanding that each person has unique requirements and preferences, I ensure that my recommendations support both of these.

Prior to beginning my Holistic Nutrition career I was a Registered Nurse for 8 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills to help a variety of people from all walks of life.
I transitioned into Holistic Nutrition while looking for natural solutions to support my own health concerns.
Though this journey, I came to really understand how unique every person is, and appreciate that I am able to devote time to address & support each client's individual needs.
Becoming a Holistic Nutritionist has given me the opportunity to serve my community through preventative health and education, which is something I am truly passionate about.
