Did you spend your weekend Strawberry picking? If you have a fridge full of strawberries and don’t know what to do with all of them before they spoil, try out this amazingly simple, low-sugar, super delicious strawberry chia jam! It’s super easy to make and only contains 3 ingredients!
Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries (greens discarded & cut into quarters) 1-2 tbsp honey and/or maple syrup 2 tbsp chia seeds
Place strawberries, honey and chia seeds in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined but with some chunks left.
Transfer to a saucepan and place on stove over medium heat. Stir until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, pour into a mason jar. Let cool and store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Freeze if you’d like to save it for longer than 7 days.
