1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed)
2 tbsp coconut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Organic cream (hot)
Heat cream in small saucepan or in microwave. Add all ingredients to blender blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
Note: Some blenders recommend not blending hot liquids. If this is the case, blend all the ingredients first and then heat in saucepan or in microwave to desired temperature.
*To make this dairy-free, substitute the cream with your preferred nut milk, oat milk etc.
Additional Options: Try a tsp of vanilla, a sprinkle of nutmeg or ginger, or top it off with some coconut whipped cream for a real treat!
