Strawberry Avocado Ice Cream

This low sugar, yet creamy & delicious spin on ice cream is sure to please your taste buds when you're looking for a nutritious treat!
Add 1/2 a scoop of protein powder or collagen for an extra boost after a long day of outdoor winter activities!


Ingredients
  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • 3/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 Banana (small, frozen)
  • 2 tbsps Organic Coconut Milk (full fat, from the can)
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
