4/8/2021 0 Comments Sardine Stir-FryThis recipe is a great way to use of those tins of sardines that you purchased because you heard they were healthy, but haven't been brave enough to crack open and try! Even if you're not a fan of the fishy taste of sardines, this recipe will have you seeing (and tasting) sardines in a whole new light - both my husband and toddler approved of this one! Not only are sardines full of healthy omega-3 fats, they are also a good source of iron, calcium, B12 and Vitamin D. These little fish definitely pack a punch when it comes to nutrients! Add in the combination of coconut and aromatic, warming spices, AND the fact that this recipe comes together in less than 15 minutes, this dish is hands down a real winner!
I'd love it if you'd share how you enjoyed it in the comments! Ingredients:
