Ingredients
Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper 2. In large mixing bowl, combine salmon, eggs, chives and parsley 3. Using your hands, form salmon mixture into 2-inch patties and place on parchment. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy; flipping halfway through. 4. Serve with squeeze of lemon, and coconut milk for dipping. Enjoy! Serves 2. Nutrition Facts (per serving): Calories: 470 Protein: 50g Fat: 31g Carbs: 3g
