1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
2. In large mixing bowl, combine salmon, eggs, chives and parsley
3. Using your hands, form salmon mixture into 2-inch patties and place on parchment. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy; flipping halfway
4. Serve with squeeze of lemon, and coconut milk for dipping. Enjoy!
