Pumpkin Chai SMoothie

This smoothie is warm & comforting, and really radiates the feelings of fall!

​If you're a pumpkin spice lover, this recipe is for you! If not, you can always omit the pumpkin spice for a simple chai flavour!

Ingredients:
​
  • 1/3 cup Organic Coconut Milk
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 3 tbsps Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Chai Tea (loose)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (unflavoured works too!)
  • 1/2 Fresh Or Frozen Avocado

Directions:

Blend until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
