1/4 cup mint leaves (loosely packed)
3 tbsp almonds (divided)
3/4 cup sliced cucumber
1 scoop protein powder (plain or vanilla work best)
water or almond milk to create desired consistency
Blend all ingredients except 1 tbsp of the almonds. Blend to desired consistency, then top with remaining almonds. Enjoy!
