December Smoothie: Candy Cane SuperFood Smoothie

Ingredients
​
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp. pure peppermint extract, or 1 drop peppermint essential oil
​
Optional Boosters:
pistachios, hemp seeds, macadamia nuts, chia seeds


Directions:


Place all ingredients (except boosters) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
