Since we're talking about bone health this month, I thought this meal - which contains protein from the chicken), calcium from the sesame seeds and vitamin C from the lemon - was perfect!
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, avocado oil, lemon juice, thyme and sea salt. Reserve 1/3 cup of mixture for serving. Place chicken thighs in bowl and evenly coat. Cover, and marinate in the fridge for 2-6 hours.
2.Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Ensure chicken is thoroughly coated with tahini mixture.
3. Place chicken thighs on the grill and cook 7-8 minutes each side or until fully cooked through. Serve hot with reserved marinade.
*garnish with grated lemon rind if you're feeling fancy!
