~A Latte For The Lymphatic System~

The lymphatic system can be support by a variety of nutrients obtained through our foods and drinks.

While water is probably the most important liquid we can consume to support the health of our lymphatic system, there are some other drink options we have that offer variety and incorporate different nutrients.

Since the lymphatic system is closely tied to our immune system and play a large role in regulating inflammation in our body, I thought that a Turmeric Latte was the perfect drink to focus on since it combines anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and ginger. This recipe also includes coconut oil and black pepper, both of which are very healing for the digestive and immune system, which indirectly supports the flow of the lymphatic fluid. Sea salt helps to balance our hydration which is crucial for the optimal functioning on the lymphatic system.
