Exciting Announcement!

As a January 1st, 2019, I partnered with Towne Fitness as their in house Holistic Nutritionist.

Starting in July of 2018, with the support of Shelburne Family Chiropractic, I partnered with Hannah of Towne Fitness to present the Nutritional Wellness Series. The Series covered a wide range of topics and was well received by the gym members and the community at large.

As a result, Shelburne Family Chiropractic, Towne Fitness & myself have decided that my knowledge and expertise will be best suited as a full-time team member at Towne Fitness. SFC patients will still be able to see me, and will be given a direct referral for bookings in the future.

I'm looking forward to sharing the exciting things that Hannah and I have planned for 2019!
