Our best bet is to keep our fat sources from whole, natural unprocessed food sources like pastured meats & dairy products, eggs, plant sources like avocado, coconut, & olive and smaller amounts of nuts and seeds.
Below are the recipes for the snacks I had for sampling at the the 2018 Savour Fair at Landman Gardens and Bakery. The event raised money for the Headwaters Food and Farming Alliance (HFFA) to help run their farm to school programs to many public schools in the region.
