The Towne Fitness Uprising came together through the collaboration of three like-minded individuals who are passionate about health.
While we all come with very different backgrounds; Hannah Sine is a gym owner, experienced Personal Trainer and long-distance runner, while Tiffany McCabe is an art therapist and social worker who has combined her disciplines, and is known as the Creative Social Worker. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Nurse, with a background in health promotion.
All of our experiences and qualifications compliment each of the others and we’re extremely excited and passionate about sharing our program with our local community, and the world!
Keeping light of ever-changing technology and the current social environment, we’ve designed the program so that it can be implemented anywhere. Consultations and check-ins can be completed in-person or over video chat. Work outs can be done at Towne Fitness, at another facility, or at home. Personalized programs are sent to clients electronically, and while our clients work through each of the 6-weeks of the program, they have the support of 3 highly qualified professionals who support them in their goals and help them to ‘Rise Up’!
This program is ‘evergreen’, meaning that you can join at anytime! Hannah, Tiffany and myself look forward to welcoming clients to this new program, arming them with the tools they need, and supporting them in their very own Uprising!
