If you experience any of these issues it’s worth looking into what changes you can make to support your immune system. This may include ensuring you’re getting movement/exercise everyday, accessing fresh air, eating a healthy diet, decreasing or supporting your stress, getting adequate sleep, socializing/fostering community, and supplementing according to your individual needs.
