Peppermint essential oil is probably one of the most well known essential oils and one that most are comfortable using.

While one of the common uses of peppermint essential oil is to flavour products like toothpaste and chewing gum, it is actually an extremely versatile substance with a long list of health benefits!
Peppermint essential oil is both potent and effective.

And, just one drop of this oil is equivalent to 28 cups peppermint tea!


Peppermint essential oil is great natural alternative for relieving an upset stomach, nausea as well as motion sickness. Simply massage a drop or two onto your abdomen, along with a carrier oil.

Other beneficial uses of peppermint include:

Boosting energy and alertness - mix with Wild Orange for best results!)

Cooling the body - try soaking your feet in water with a few drops of peppermint)

Freshening breath - place a drop under your tongue, or swish in a mouthful of water
