This past year I made some pretty big changes! I transitioned from working as a full time Registered Nurse to working mainly from home as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™.
I also went from using running & yoga as my primary form of exercise to re-introducing strength training & balance exercises 4-5 x/week. While I still incorporate running and yoga, I’m truly amazed at the difference a year can make and can feel and see the positive impact the strength training has had on all of my activities, as well as my mental clarity & stability.
