Digestive issues can often go overlooked as many think their symptoms are “normal”, but just because they are common, does not mean they are normal.
With a background as a nurse, and a 16-month-old son, I’m not ashamed or embarrassed to talk about digestion, bowel habits and the like!
Follow along this month as we dive deep into the digestive system. We’ll take a look at signs and symptoms of digestive issues, the brain-gut connection and emotions, as well as some common digestive complaints and some things we can do to address them. I’ll also be sharing some amazing recipes and other tips and tricks to support this amazing body system.
