8/16/2018 1 Comment Healthy FatsConfused about what dietary fats are healthy, and which ones are not-so-healthy? I've broken things down here. Our best bet is to keep our fat sources from whole, natural unprocessed food sources like pastured meats & dairy products, eggs, plant sources like avocado, coconut, & olive and smaller amounts of nuts and seeds.
