This year however, I’ve created for myself a somewhat complicated goal. I’ve committed to sharing more on social media, and at the same time, decreasing how much time I actually spend perusing others’ content. I’m acutely aware that this does not add to my happiness or wellbeing (and may even cause harm), and I really feel that we all could use more Happiness & Wellness in 2021.
I’ve chosen to increase my content sharing focusing on a different body system each month. Weekly you’ll find recipes, blog posts and nutrition tips that relate back to the body system. January is fittingly all about the Immune System.
I hope you’ll join me this year in learning more (or refreshing your memory) about our amazing body and what we can do to support it. We only get one in this life; let’s do the best we can to nourish it, inside and out!
