Whether you make new years resolutions or not it’s likely that you will set some kind of goal in the next year. If you find it difficult to stick to your goals, don’t be too hard on yourself. There may be a good reason why you find it difficult!
Some of us find motivation from within, while others obtain it externally. Some find both internal and external pressures difficult to process. It’s not that one style is good or bad, it just means we’re all different, and require different motivators.
I recently took Gretchen Rubin’s 4 Tendency’s Quiz and learned that I am a ‘Questioner’. While I am not surprised by this finding, I did find it fascinating and was comforted and motivated through understanding my Tendency.
