Fennel essential oil can also be used topically (with a carrier oil of course!) to support circulation. It can be added to water and taken internally to support digestion, and offers an interesting flavour twist to your usual glass of water, or try adding to a peppermint tea!
Fennel essential oil can of course be used in culinary dishes, try adding a drop (you won't need more I promise!) to a veggie stir fry along with ground meat of your choice. Do you experience dry hands and nails during the winter months? Fennel essential oil can also be used in body care products; try making your own Cuticle Balm - the recipe can be found at Sustainable Baby Steps Share with us how you have creatively incorporated Fennel Essential Oil into your wellness routine!
