What do you picture when you hear the words 'meal plan? Do you think of all the things you can't or shouldn't eat? Do you think restrictions? Eating only 'Health Food'? Do you dread feeling hungry all the time?
When I design meal plans, while I do have the expectation that my clients will be open to making some changes, the focus is not what foods will need to be avoided. Rather, the emphasis is on all the foods that available to you that are going to get on a path to reach your goals!
A well designed meal plan should take into account the unique needs of the individual, but should also be simple and easy to use.
Using an amazing meal planning program, that has hundreds of delicious recipes (and also allows me to import my own recipes), I am able to design meal plans that meet all of my clients needs.
If you’re a busy professional and/or parent on-the-go, we can focus on recipes that stick to a specific time limit (30 minutes or less for example). Or, if you have allergies or certain dietary restrictions, I can develop a plan that excludes specific ingredients.
