In this initial consultation I will complete a thorough assessment of your body systems. We will also go through your current lifestyle, health concerns, expectations and goals. I will then create a custom plan that includes food, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations to give you a solid foundation for improving your overall wellness.
Follow Up Sessions 30 minutes $75
We will discuss your successes and challenges. From here we'll decide where you need more support and build on your achievements with specific goals. We'll layer onto your existing meal plan with new recipes and recommendations for exercise & lifestyle.
Grocery Shopping 101 $75
*Does not include the cost of groceries
We'll visit your local grocer, health food store and/or farmer's market to understand what products you should be purchasing to help you reach (and exceed!) your goals.
Pantry & Fridge Makeover $50
This in-home session will give you the tools you need to revamp your pantry, cupboards and fridge to optimize healthy eating and make it easier to make choices to help you reach (and exceed!) your goals.
