There are many signs our body gives us to let us know we need to shift our focus and give some extra attention to support our immune system. Some of these are subtle and we overlook them if we’re not tuned in to our body. While some other signs and symptoms are quite apparent, unable to ignore, and can literally stop us in our tracks.
